i have lucid dreamed before not a lot but a few times
i stayed awake for 3 days straight and then went to sleep i lucid dreamed 3 times that night but woke up periodically.
i also tried to set my alarm clock to wake me up and then slowly go to sleep when i turned it off seeing that you sleep faster, it worked too i was aware of my surroundings and my dreams too able to control then also, the only problem is that you have to keep thinking while trying to sleep and stay still no move met what so ever this disturbed my lucid dreaming. hope this helped some people

I have quit smoking with and without NRT. 4 years ago with NRT and more recently, cold turkey. In my experience, cold turkey is by far the easier route. You give up nicotine once. Lots of fluids, sleep, a headache tablet or two and 72 hours later, you're through. Whether you are on NRT or not, you will still have cravings. Rather deal with these cravings without nicotine in your system because sooner or later you will have to give up the NRT and that is where a lot of people falter and go back to smoking.

I was reading the ingedients of one cigerette and am totally flabergasted at why the goverment allows it citizens to be poisoned without a concern or a raised eyebrow..
I guess big tobacco companies have a bigger influence because of the huge revenues and money that it brings in.
I was a smoker for 30 years and stopped smoking almost two years and I agree, those damn smokes are very addicting!

Am grateful daily that I can overcome my cravings today!!

Lorna #148 “he didn’t use a card on my night, just a dice and a watch”
OMG… so dropping this trick from the Leicester show wasn’t just a one-off… I never thought what I did would be THAT much impact! :O

Anonymous #151 “The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I couldn’t get the ‘goose, moose and apple juice’ song out of my head all night… It was very catchy”
Yes I think I’ll never forget it :D

The coin in wool trick is explained in some of the earlier posts but I think putting heads together and finding it all out from scratch is more fun than just to read back :)
